Baratza ring burr, holder and wear parts: which fits your grinder
How to identify your Baratza conical grinder and order the correct ring burr, holder, and consumer-replaceable parts.
Baratza supports its grinders with published parts lists and a direct parts store, so most repairs are DIY-able with the right part number.
Step 1: identify the model
The model code is on the rating plate: Encore ZCG485/ZCG484, Encore ESP ZCG495, Encore ESP Pro ZCG595, Virtuoso+ ZCG587, Sette 270 ZCG1270.
Step 2: order by model, not by burr size
- Encore and Virtuoso+ (pre-ESP Pro) share the ring burr and holder assembly, Baratza SKU SP0100801 at $16.95.
- The Encore ESP Pro uses a different ring burr and holder: legacy part 6874 (SKU SP0108594) at $26.95, and a separate holder, legacy part 6868 (SKU SP0108593) at $10.95.
Other commonly replaced parts
- Shut-off hopper (ESP Pro): part 6811, $13.95.
